About the Role
- Project manage all aspects of exhibition projects including schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Develop effective working relationships with Gallery staff, artists, community, and partner venues.
- Coordinate and support the installation and delivery of exhibitions.
- Participate in the delivery of travelling exhibitions, including site visits and condition reporting.

Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of exhibitions in a gallery or museum setting.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel for workshops and exhibition coordination.

Eligibility
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Ability to work part-time (0.8 FTE) until June 2026.
